"Over 6 years within the last 2 especially I saw how they gave better treatment to certain clients over others. A time when two of there previous workers stopped working there- I realize two of my policies were wrong/ not as I expected them, when I had a claim with my bmw I had to pay out more. I felt I called needing assistance more than the time they had for me, having so many accounts with them. I called and left my number several times for him to called bc of the bad experience each time I called his office this last year. I already changed all my accounts with another company.
