She made calls to Classic Collision as well as to State Farm Claims department. She advocated for us and analyzed where the breakdown of communication played a part of the claim not being settled. She was so helpful and honest and didn't give up on helping us resolve this matter. She was the only person calling us back and keep us updating with steps to do. No one from either department was contacting us back but Krystal Davidson. She is truly a asset to State Farm team and we appreciate all she did.
