"I recently moved into a new place and was in need of renters' insurance. Because my move was so sudden and I had a deadline to get renters' insurance, I first went with the suggestion of my apartment complex and it did not go well and it the previous company was very expensive. I started looking for another insurance company and evenutally called State Farm."

"Over 6 years within the last 2 especially I saw how they gave better treatment to certain clients over others. A time when two of there previous workers stopped working there- I realize two of my policies were wrong/ not as I expected them, when I had a claim with my bmw I had to pay out more.
I felt I called needing assistance more than the time they had for me, having so many accounts with them.
I called and left my number several times for him to called bc of the bad experience each time I called his office this last year. I already changed all my accounts with another company. Then after several emails he called upset with me from the beginning of this phone called."
